• Selling skills essential

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

10 to 15 years in the Fleet or banking industry

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA (KPA)

New Business Development

Meeting sales targets in terms of payout.
• Deals are aligned to the desired ROC’s.
• Ensuring the sales funnel has active 50 to 60 client opportunities at any given time.
• Quality credit submissions per week.

Collaboration and Sales Management

• Sales pipeline is converted into a payout.
• Relationship is deriving payout.
• Client experience and expectations are seamless.
• Implementation is effective.
• Driving the bank’s ecosystems.

Risk and Compliance

No errors and omissions
• 100% compliant on statutory training
• Clean audits on onboarding of clients regarding risk and compliance

Relationship and Stakeholder management

Manages stakeholders effectively and no escalation.
• Manages quality of work and create effective and seamless processes in the sales value chain.
